Description
Around 1915, the Eastern Advertising Company at 576 Fifth Avenue in NYC controlled most of the streetcar advertising in New England. Cost for a streetcar card ad in one single trolley car cost about seventy-three cents per month. In those days, you could get these cards printed up (21" x 11" each) in batches of 50 for thirteen cents each. This company was later acquired by Barron Collier.
